Cookie Policy
Effective date: 12 June 2026 | Version: 1.0
This Cookie Policy explains how Document eSign, a product of Angular Minds Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies on documentesign.com and in the Document eSign application (the "Service"). It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and operate securely. We group them by purpose below.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These are required for the Service to work and cannot be turned off through our cookie controls. They keep you signed in, maintain your session, protect against fraud and cross-site request forgery, and load-balance traffic. Without them, you cannot sign in or use the app.
Functional. These remember your preferences, such as your theme (light or dark) and your current workspace, so the Service behaves the way you expect.
Security and bot prevention. We use Google reCAPTCHA on sign-in, sign-up, and password-reset to tell humans and automated abuse apart. reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Analytics. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies.
Payment. When you go through checkout, our payment processor (Stripe) sets cookies on its own pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the third parties named above (for example Google reCAPTCHA and Stripe) when their features are used within the Service. Those providers process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies.
Your choices
- In-product / banner controls. Where required, we show a cookie banner so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Service will not work.
- Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, so we treat your cookie choices as your preference.
Changes
We may update this Policy as our use of cookies changes. The effective date shows the latest version.
