Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments for Document eSign, a product of Angular Minds Private Limited, are and are not refundable. It is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version

We want you to be sure before you pay, so every paid plan comes with a one-time 7-day free trial. Because of that, our paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us and we will make it right in good faith.

Try before you pay

Growth and Business plans include a one-time 7-day free trial per workspace. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and your workspace stays on the Free plan. The trial is the right time to confirm the Service works for you.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then your workspace moves to the Free plan. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

Annual plans

Annual plans are paid up front for the year. They are non-refundable mid-term. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual term.

Adding seats or upgrading

When you add seats or upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. When you remove seats or downgrade, any credit is applied to your account against future charges rather than refunded. These prorations are handled automatically by our payment processor.

When we do refund

We will review a refund in good faith in cases such as:

  • a genuine billing error or duplicate charge by us;
  • a charge after a timely cancellation that should not have been billed; or
  • a substantial Service failure that we could not resolve in a reasonable time.

If one of these applies, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your account details and what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests.

What is not refundable

  • Fees for a billing period you have already started, simply because you stopped using the Service or forgot to cancel.
  • The unused portion of an annual term after cancellation.
  • Charges where the workspace was suspended or blocked for breaching our Terms of Service.

Taxes

Any taxes collected on a refunded charge are handled according to applicable tax rules.

Changes and statutory rights

We may update this Policy from time to time; the effective date shows the latest version. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
