Templates, public links and bulk send
Reuse documents, share a signing link, and send to many people at once.
Create a template
Build a reusable template from a file, or turn a document you have already sent into one. Both remember the roles, the fields and the email settings.
ReadTemplate roles and fields
A template names roles rather than people, and every field on the page belongs to one of those roles. Here is how to set both up in the editor.
ReadSet a template's email and sending defaults
Set the subject, message, signing order, expiry, auto-remind and completion redirect once on the template, and every document sent from it inherits them.
ReadPublish, share and archive templates
A draft is private until you publish it. Publishing asks who can use it, archiving takes it out of circulation, and deleting is reserved for unused drafts.
ReadSend a document from a template
Click Use template, type the real name and email behind each role, and send. Fields, subject, signing order and expiry all come from the template.
ReadCreate a public signing linkBusiness and up
Publish a template as a link anyone can open. The visitor fills one role and signs on the spot, and the co-signers you named are emailed in turn.
ReadEmbed a public link on your websiteBusiness and up
Drop a public signing link into your own page with one iframe snippet, after adding your site to the allowed origins list.
ReadBulk send from a CSVBusiness and up

ReadTrack a bulk send and retry failed rowsBusiness and up

ReadTemplate limits by plan
How many templates each plan saves, how many rows fit in one bulk send, and which plans include public links. With the rules that decide what counts.
