Update your profile, photo and theme

Change your name, job title and profile photo under Settings, Profile, and switch the app between light and dark from the same page.

Enter your password, then type the 6-digit code sent to the new mailbox. The old address is notified at both stages and other devices are signed out.

Add signatures, initials and stamps to your account, mark one of each as the default, and delete the ones you no longer want.

Update your password from Settings, Security. You stay signed in here, every other session is dropped, and the rule is eight characters with a letter and a digit.

Scan a QR code in an authenticator app, verify one 6-digit code, and save the ten backup codes. Sign-in then asks for a code after your password.

Require two-factor for your workspaceGrowth and up

Admins can force every member to enroll in two-factor authentication. Anyone without it is sent to the setup screen on their next sign-in and cannot reach the app until they finish.

Paste the CIDR ranges your team works from and block sign-in, documents, templates and settings from everywhere else. Workspace admins always keep access, so a typo cannot lock the workspace out of its own settings.
